This week, we had an assignment where we had to recreate a portrait we found online. I decided to recreate "Dianna" by Mike McGee.

I'm happy with how the picture turned out. The blue coloured gels didn't really work for me, I double layered them to try and get a deeper colour but it just wouldn't show. I do think I got the right lighting set up however. The only other issue I have with the picture is that the lights don't reflect well off my models clothes, but that's not something I thought about until after the photo was taken, which is my own fault.
I'm hoping to reintroduce the blue lighting back in the image for the second part of this assignment.
