Light, reflectors, diffusers and flags (Studio Photography 31.1.22)

 This week we were experimenting with light, reflectors, diffusers and flags. 

For this image, Darja stood at a 45 degree angle from the window. I really like how the light falls on her face and shows off her eyes!

For this image, Darja stood parallel to the window. My exposure ended up being a bit dark, but I like the detail and the kind of moody-ness the lighting brings.

For this image, Darja held a silver deflector to her side. I think it really brightens up the image, however the colder tones are evident on the right side of her face.

This time, Darja held the silver reflector to her side while we were outside. The lighting looks really even and kind of looks like a passport photo. I'm happy with how it came out!
