This week, we used the editing tools included in Adobe Camera Raw.
This image looks really dark and grey. So, I changed the white slider to brighten up the image.
This is the resulting image. It looks so much brighter and pleasing to the eye!

This image has a bright background, but the woman in the picture is really dark. So, I used the shadows slider to lessen the shadows and reveal her face.

This is the resulting image. It looks a lot better and you can actually make out the details of the woman's face! I found it really interesting that despite the photo being so dark, the camera was still able to capture all this detail.
In this photo, the landscape looks so dark, you can barely see any of the detail. To fix this, I used the exposure slider to increase the brightness and make the image clearer!
This is the resulting image. It looks brighter and you can actually see all the rocks!

I think the Adobe Camera Raw tools are extremely useful, especially for when a shot just won't turn out quite right!
